Monthly Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
Level Up Corporation (doing business as Level Up Self), 650 Iwilei Road, Suite 400, Honolulu, HI 96817.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period
The giveaway runs every calendar month, starting October 22, 2026. Each monthly entry period starts at 12:00 a.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. Hawaii time on the first and last day of that month.
4. How to enter
Newsletter: subscribe to the Level Up list using a sign-up form on levelupself.com. Each subscriber gets one entry in every monthly drawing for as long as they stay subscribed.
Free entry without subscribing: email quincy@levelupself.com with the subject line "Giveaway entry" and your full name. This gives you one entry in the current month's drawing. Limit one free entry per person per month.
Either way of entering has an equal chance of winning. Limit one entry per person per monthly drawing.
5. Prize
One winner each month receives a one-time discount code worth $60 off any product (or products) of their choice at levelupself.com. The code is good for a single order within 60 days of the drawing. If the order totals less than $60, the unused balance is not paid out or carried over. Shipping and taxes are not covered unless the store already offers free shipping on that order. No cash or substitute is offered. The code cannot be transferred or combined with other discount codes. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
6. Drawing and odds
The winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries within about the first week of the following month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month.
7. Winner notification
The winner is notified by email and must reply within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not reply in time, is ineligible, or the prize email cannot be delivered, an alternate winner may be drawn at random.
8. Health note
Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before taking a new supplement, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition.
9. General

Personal information is used only to run the giveaway and send the Level Up newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
